How to divorce

By Trevor

Getting a divorce can feel like finding your way out of a maze. Hopefully we can help. Unfortunately the best way to go through a divorce is with planning before marriage. A prenuptial agreement arranges most of the financial and child custody issues before marriage takes place. It’s like creating a map to get out of the maze before you enter. But for most people the time for a prenuptial agreement has long past and you have to find your way out without a lot of planning or direction. Depending on the situation you may be able to cancel the wedding without a divorce, such as with an annulment. Take a look at the list below to figure out the best way for your divorce in your situation.
