Although you must fulfill certain requirements to get a divorce, there are many ways that those requirements may be met under the law. In an amicable divorce there may be little to no problems meeting the legal requirements, where a hostile divorce may require more time and more expert help. Depending on your situation you will probably want to consult with a lawyer and also need help with negotiations, mediations, and settlements.
